Our Goal

Our goal is to help you build a strong online reputation. We do this by assigning you a dedicated Reputation Manager who’s tasked with helping you capture more positive reviews across more verified and trusted review sites outside of just Top Rated Local®. We also help you remove and/or push down false/negative reviews (if possible). Think of your dedicated Reputation Manager as your brand ambassador which works daily to strengthen your online reputation. As a result of a strong online reputation, you should receive more sales and leads for your business.

Types Of Things Included

  • Collect a list of past customer names and email addresses and send an email blast requesting feedback (using Email Marketing 360®)
  • Do you send customers invoices or receipts? Do customers visit a website confirmation page after they purchase products or services? Is there anything else you send customers consistently on an automated basis via a CRM or other method? If so, these are great opportunities to ask for ratings/reviews! We’d simply edit your templates to include a section that kindly asks your customers for feedback. By doing this, you will find that you’d start to generate ratings/reviews and feedback to help improve your business and overall Reputation / Rating Score™ consistently and effortlessly in an automated and scale-able way.
  • Work face-to-face with clients? We can help you setup an in-store Kiosk at your front desk so customers can leave reviews/ratings as they leave via a tablet or mobile device. Or, help any reps in the field ask customers to rate/review them real-time via their tablet or mobile device after they complete service.
  • We can read and reply to all reviews (unless you prefer to do this), even if it’s just to say thanks! This shows you care about your customers and their feedback and also helps build more content on your profile pages so they rank highly in search (such as on Google and Google Maps).
  • If a customer leaves a rating of 3 stars or less on Top Rated Local® we require they provide feedback as to what you could have done better to improve their experience. We’d then pass along that feedback to you to help you improve your business moving forward. In some cases, with this feedback, you will actually be able to reach back out to their customer and win them back over. If you do, we can make sure to request a Re-Rating from the customer via Top Rated Local®! When we do this, the customer will be sent a link to edit and improve their rating (most review sites do not provide this functionality).
  • If you suspect a rating/review left on Top Rated Local® was not left by a real customer, we’ll make sure to Challenge Verification on the review. When we do this, the rating/review is removed from Top Rated Local® until the reviewer can provide proof they did in fact do business with you. If they can not, or they do not respond, their rating/review will remain removed. We can also request removal from other 3rd party review sites such as Google My Business if at all possible.

The Typical Process

  • Once signed up, we get things started with a Kickoff call from your dedicated Reputation Manager. The goal of this call is to learn more about your business, reputation goals and talk through the overall process and strategy.
  • Your Reputation Manager will gain access to any current review sites you have (so they can manage them for you) and also create any new profiles they think you should get setup on (outside of just Top Rated Local®) to help build your online reputation across more than 1 verified/trusted review site.
  • Your Reputation Manager will put a plan in place to capture an initial batch of positive reviews on all verified/trusted review sites.
  • Your Reputation Manager will comment/respond (if approved by you) to reviews as you receive them.
  • Your Reputation Manager will help push down and/or remove false/negative reviews (if at all possible)
  • Your Reputation Manager will help create onsite assets such as a nice review page on your website.
  • Your Reputation Manager will put in place as many automated processes as possible to help you capture positive reviews on an ongoing basis.
  • Your Reputation Manager will speak with you often to assess the results and way-forward game plans to insure we’re doing everything we can to build a strong online reputation over time and outperform your competitors.
